My approach is entirely holistic as I look at all areas of your life and find the balance between them. What is causing you to have poor choices in your diet? – Could it be the stress of your job?… A difficult family member? What makes you resistant to exercise — Do you have a program that uniquely fits you?…Are you getting enough sleep? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

We’re so used to thinking of nutrition as something that dwells on calories, carbs, fats and proteins. Rather than creating lists of restrictions and dividing diet between “good” and “bad” foods, I coach my clients to build a happy, healthy life – one that is flexible, but is strengthened by the necessary discipline to create good self management.
